Indian Breakfast Burrito

So it's 8pm and I'm starving I have 800 calories to eat and no food in the kitcen. I whipped up a pretty good breakfast (dinner) burrito that I'll definitely be making again.

Just sauteed some tomato in olive oil, added red curry paste, then added eggs (3), salt, some curry powder and cayenne. Shredded some parmsan cheese and voila! Pretty good!

Next time I'll add some more veggies! I got to eat a real tortilla ;) Happy about that.
