Workout pants

Hi everyone! I have the hardest time finding workout pants that aren’t see through and stay up during my workout. Any suggestions? I don’t want the entire gym to see my underwear and I’m sick of having to pull them up every 5 seconds

I've always like Tek Gear from Kohl's. The line called Body Shaping (or something like that) have high waisted pants.

Well definitely don't buy them from wal mart lol. I bought a pair and they suck. I have a pair from Target, the champion brand, and they are good. I like Old Navy active wear as well.

Meh. I have a pile of them from WalMart. It's hit or miss. Most of them work well, but there's an occasional bad pair that sits just a little too low, or is cut too loose or too tight. But at least they're cheap. I can't bring myself to pay twice as much for the Champion's from Target.

Two others I like are 90 Degree by reflex and Marika brand. You can find both at Marshall's and on Amazon. I like them because they have high waisted versions. As far as I know they are not see-through. I've pulled them tight and held my hand up to them but I've never really tested that because I workout at home and I usually wear longer tops so I don't worry too much about it.

High waisted compression capris from old navy. Have squatted in them for years with no issues (not see through and no roll down). And they’re pretty cheap too, compared to Nike under armour or lulu.

Xersion brand compression pants from JCPenney. They're always on sale, stay put through a run or workout, and even have a pocket for your phone.

Are you getting the right size? Maybe you need a kiddie size.

I only wear compression pants so I have no problem with my clothes falling off. I get a lot used or free online. But if you're actually buying yourself something new, I ditto Xersion from JC Penney. They're a good price and they have lots of styles.

Running tights. Not leggings. Generally you'd need to go to a sporting goods store to find them. I have white ones made by Adidas that don't show my underwear. Most department starts sell mostly leggings and "yoga pants", which are not the same thing.
