Depending on your fitness level you will burn on average 600 calories for P90X. I would recommend getting a HRM for your cardio routines to be more accurate. It's harder to determine on your strength workouts but I averaged 500-600 calories.
Good Job on getting through your first day! Keep it up and you will love your results.0 -
Woo Hoo! Awesome job. I am on day 31. i just put it under aerobics or general circuit training. I would rather input too less of calories that I burned than accidentally putting in more...so I don't overeat.0

Awesome! I remember my first day...it was ugly lol. I would definitely get a heart rate monitor that tracks calories burned. It can be significantly different for each person. I just got an inexpensive one at Walmart over a year ago and it works great! Good luck on your P90X journey!0

The Average they used when doing the test was 300-600....so a BIG BIG swing...I'm sure I burn more than 350-400, but that's what I usually put.0

I'm on week 4 of P90X and I'm using a HRM. I'm burning just over 600 calories for each workout on days 1,3,5 of each week not including the ABRipper part. Abripper is another 150 calories.0
