Misfit sync broken yet again

    I hadn't had data sync since July 11 no helpful response from Tech Support since I replied on July 12. I attempted to reach out to MisFit today to see if they are aware of the issue

    I had so much trouble with misfit that I just didn’t end up staying synced with mfp. I’ll log my exercise separate but I refer to it for time etc.

    I am very disappointed in MisFit and MFP sync problems. I had a Fitbit since 2016 but it died in March. I bought the Misfit Ray in July and started using it July 15th. It is so random, works/syncfir a few days, then disconnects. Reinstalls never last, some days it only partially Syncs through mid-day, dumps on me and I can't get it straightened out before midnight, pffft. I have it set to not give me any calorie adjustments because it is unreliable and just manually add significant walks and exercise.
