Just wondering if anyone had any tips for grazing. I cook for a big family and find myself (without thought) just tasting the food. So the bites are adding up in a day. Any ideas????

    Think about it. Log each bite, lick and taste.

    Yes, log everything you put in your mouth. Food and drinks. Having to stop all the time before you eat or drink makes you realise how much you nibble.

    Chew 2-3 sticks of gum while you cook. Log the gum. Typically, you won't want to put food in your mouth when you're chewing gum unless you take the gum out. If you start to take the gum out, that's a trigger to remember not to "taste".

    Brush your teeth. Chew gum. Sip water. Listen to music. Distraction is best.
