500 Days Strict Logging 125 Pounds Lost

So I've been eating healthy for over 500 days and have logged every day for 500. I have lost 125.6 from my heaviest and 114.1 in the last 500 days (.23 pounds lost per day average).It just happened that today is my 55th birthday and day 500. I woke up (note bed head) and weighed 170.4 pounds. My goal was to be at a healthy weight and have all my health markers in the green by this day. I made it. As a bonus I have 55 year old abs.
