Does ANYONE have a FitBit Zip that actually works?

Does ANYONE have a FitBit Zip that actually works? I've had mine a week. It must talk with MFP occasionally, but it refuses to really synch my steps or anything else. I have pulled and replaced the battery. Turned off and on my phone. Restarted my laptop. Gone into the IOS app and clicked on "synch now".....but to no avail. Any ideas? thanks!!

    Yes I've had mine for a couple of years and it has worked fine. I synch it to my phone. The only time I had an issue with mine not synching, I changed the battery even though it wasn't showing I needed to, and it worked fine

    I have to tap it twice to get it to sync. It's in the instructions..
