I need help with the nutritional value of this mix/seasoning

Has anyone used this sauce/seasoning mix, if so, are the nutritional values for 1 1/3 tbs of the DRY mix or is it 1 1/3 tbs of the mix prepared with the ingredients on the instructions on how to make the sauce (which include butter, milk, & a number of other things). Just wondering so I can figure out, accurately, how many calories I’m eating. If the value is for the dry mix, then I can always find a healthier way to mix it than using butter etc. Or is the value for the “mixed” sauce with other ingredients used to make it a sauce?

I haven't used that, but in general, if the label doesn't specify, the nutrition info is for the product as is. Sometimes the nutrition info will specifically say "as prepared" or something like that, and then it includes all the extra ingredients you add yourself. I find a lot of baking mixes give you the nutrition info "as prepared". I'd guess this is for just the mix, as they seem to be suggesting you can use it lots of different ways.

1TBS of butter alone is 100 calories, so I'd say with certainty that the calories are for the mix alone.

The nutrition info is just for the mix. Anything you add will have to be counted separately.
