Net carbs

Hello,
I'm doing keto and am having a problem with the app not tracking net carbs on my diary and only total carbs. The same goes with foods I scan in. It is important that I track my macros correctly and it is not doing it for net carbs.

Unless you have the premium version of MFP, it won't split up the carbs for you. Carb Manager is another app that I use to help me track them.

MPG does not track net carbs only total. Net carbs are not on the packaging in many countries so would be very difficult for the app to track them. You will have to deduct fiber from total carbs yourself to find the net carbs. Good luck

MFP Premium does not calculate net carbs. I'm not sure where people get this idea.

There are plenty of net carb entries in the database - when you search for a food, add "net carbs" to your search terms. If you can't find and entry, make one of your own

With the Premium version you can select to track "low carb". It does not calculate net carbs but it breaks down the percentages/grams of carbs, sugar, and fiber.

I do have premium. How do I get it to break it down?

https://foodfastfit.com/#/howdy After that start page, you can download an extension to your browser which calculates net carbs in your myfitnesspal food diary. I have used it on this pc for a couple of years with no problem.
