Intermittent Fasting

I started Intermittent fasting 3 weeks ago and lost 5 pounds. I really feel much better with more energy. Has anyone tried this? I fast for 16 then eat low carb for 8 hours.

    I do IF, but don't have a schedule per se. I just start counting when I finish dinner and do my best to make sure I go 16hrs at a minimum until my next meal. Yesterday I only made it 15 hours, but that's because I had a late snack the night before which I don't usually do. Today I've already hit 16 hrs and I likely won't eat for about 3 more hours. I'm never hungry in the morning, so it's pretty natural for me to just skip breakfast. A couple of times a week I skip lunch too so that I can enjoy a bigger dinner. When feasting, I stick to Keto. I've lost over 70lbs so far.

    There are many here who have tried or are practicing intermittent fasting. A quick search will reveal many threads on this topic and lots of interesting discussion.
