Fat loss

Does anyone have advice on reducing body fat? What macros to use.
I’m going strength training 5-6 days a week and cardio 10mjns each day

    Don't lose too fast unless you are very obese. Losing at a high rate when you are in the overweight range or not too far into the obese range can cause you to lose more muscle than losing at a more reasonable rate like 1% or less of body weight per week.

    Actually, macros ARE important to me. Maybe it's because diabetes runs in my family. I need to be under 40% carbs or I can't lose no matter what my calories. 35% is better. That is NOT low carb, it means I've just upped my protein.

    I run 45% carbs personally. Enough to get my energy, but we are all different.
