When I first weighed in back in June I was 249! Now I am 218, I still have around 60LB to destroy, but I am now starting to feel the Benefits of Healthy eating and lots of exercise. This site really helps, its great for being honest with your food intake, which is where I used to always fail, once you start recording everything it becomes a personal project and the only person you let down is yourself if you start to cheat!
