Yay! I need the support. Please don't add me unless you can be constructive with your criticisms. I already feel bad enough about my weight on my own. I eat healthy...always have...does not seem to help. I have added a Keto diet which is helping but it's only been 14 days. I am hoping that carb counting is my ticket to finally figuring out how to get where I want to be.1
