Hi!!

My name's Katie, and I just recently hit the three-figure mark (in kgs), which has set me on this path I'm on now to get and stay below it. I've only been using MyFitnessPal since Friday, but I feel more in control now than I have before. I've never tried a fad diet, I've always tried to do this the "proper" way, but I'm completely undisciplined! My husband's being a fantastic motivator and support, but I don't think he can really get where I'm coming from, as he's never going to be overweight (he has a small frame and a great bod). I'm looking forward to making friends on here, and especially to having the body my personality deserves.
