Hello fellow fitness minded peeps...I recently joined MFP and what an amazing experience so far. I recently became single and want to get my life back. My motivation? My ex called me a fat *kitten* and it really hurt my feelings. I have always been in great shape and could pretty much eat anything I wanted, however at 40 yrs old I started gaining weight. I went from 165 to over 200 lbs. in about 2 years and I cant deal with it anymore. Got promoted to a management position which was great for my bank account...not so good for stress level and physical health. I decided to start working out and running in August and I haven't looked back. Currently I have lost 7.6 lbs. and I am so stoked looking forward to wearing my size 32 jeans again lol...Add me if you like I am open to any form of motivation. If you made it this far thank you for reading my short novel hehe...Much love

It happens to all of us. That metabolism slows down and it takes us a while to get the message. Good for you for deciding to make a change. It's great to have a goal that is tangible. When you get down to your size 32 jeans, you'll have to buy a lot of sharp looking new clothes! Sounds like you are on a roll!1
