Something I don't think I have ever felt before...

I have been trying to lose weight so many times and have done IF in the past but I got so exhausted eating my last meal. I didn't have much this afternoon...just a healthy choice low carb chicken stir fry, a few almonds and premier protein shake. Then after working out tonight, I tried to eat my last meal for today and it was hard. It was just a palm sized crustless pizza (doing low carb) after eating a salad with a few blueberries, apples, and strawberries with apple cider vinegar and I couldn't finish it but I made myself because I would have been well under 1000 calories.
Is this normal?

Your body needs no less than 1200 calories a day. (Assuming you are female.) Please eat more.3

Your honeymoon period. It will change. Don’t let it discourage though.10

Yes, it is normal to eat less on some days.
If you keep doing it your body will eventually find a way to tell you it needs food (usually in the form of hunger). If it doesn't, seek help.2 -
From time to time it's normal and fine.0

Yes and no.
It is completely normal to have some days when you are not at all hungry. You may find that these days pair with days when you are ravenous. At the beginning of your journey it's often much more common to get these days as some sort of honeymoon period. It often passes.
As long as this doesn't continue for more than the odd day here and there (and you're eating normally otherwise) it shouldn't be a problem.
Of course, you might just be eating more food than you think, which could make it look like you're satisfied on fewer calories. Double check your logging to make sure that that isn't the case, just to be sure!1 -

You mentioned that you are working out.
If you are working out regularly, maybe you need more carbs, and if you are doing intense workouts, even more carbs.0 -

If you get past your honeymoon period and this is still happening you need to include foods with higher calories or eat more often. It sounds like you understand that eating too little over a long term basis is unhealthy which is very good.
