Looking for motivation and tips!

Hello! I started here in 2011 and started running and became a vegetarian. Two years ago I stopped doing both and I've gained 60 lbs and I feel terrible. I will be 38 on Thursday so I've decided to make a change! Fit B4 40! I've recently joined the YMCA again and I'm ready to go back to how I lived before. Looking to connect with friends here for motivation and accountability.

I might have a decade on you, but I'm with ya! So for me it'll be Fittest by 50. Hoping to connect with people with similar goals who could use support to stick to the program - I know that kind of connection helps to keep me accountable. I've got a goal of 30 lbs, and if I could do that in 6 months, I'd be really happy. I'm a long-time vegetarian so we have that in common .0
