Basically my goal is to lose weight. I’m a female, 18, 5.3ft, sedentary activity level and do 3 HIIT and 2 weight training sessions per week. I weight 131 pounds and my goal is 120 pounds.
Mfp gave me a goal of 1200 calories and I burn around 150 cals from my workout per day. So in total I eat 1350 cals per day. I feel like this is gonna slow my metabolism meaning this amount is too low? Should increase my calories?

With 10 to lose, set your GOAL to "Lose 1/2 pound per week."
Be honest on the Activity level.
If you are going to school, caring for children at home or have ANY kind of job, you are not Sedentary.
If you make these adjustments you'll be given more calories. When you exercise, add it to the Exercise tab and eat a bit more on those days.
1300 (or 1200 + exercise cals) is very low, too low for you.

Why would you only add 50 cals for exercise? If you're working out for an hour, give yourself a reasonable amount of fuel. Like 200-400 more. Keep good records and adjust in 4-6 weeks based on results.
At 18, your main concern is that your brain and bones are still developing. You need fuel and nutrition. Less is not better.6 -
50 cals for exercise is way too low. Either use a personal device's estimates, or MFP estimates. (For weight training look in the cardio listing for 'strength training'.
Be consistent with eating back your
exercise calories.
If after 4-6 weeks, of accurate calorie logging & counting, you are not losing at 0.5lbs a week. Drop your exercise cals to 75% across the board and see how you go.

I'm hoping she just made a typo - I mean in the first post she said 150 for exercise.
Maybe the one got left off.0 -

When I knit, I burn at least 150 calories. I speed knit. LOL6 -

I was at the county fair a couple days ago. Some of those crafty ladies are serious! I was joking around with them about tatting...like it took her an entire week of fair-volunteering to do four inches of tatting that was about a half-inch wide.
Hell no.
Give me a crafty project I can put some weight into.
Like house painting.
At least you get a workout and can actually SEE the results.
...without a magnifying glass...2 -

Yep, I don't get tatting either. I love to paint interiors. I have a new house that is NOT painted in the colors I like. It's making me twitchy. LOL1 -
1200 calories won't slow your metabolism, but you will be tempted to eat more, and to cheat, and to give up. You can't lose 1 pound per week at your weight anyway, so set it to 1/2 per week and eat those calories.2
