    Go to settings, diary settings and then diary sharing (I think) you can choose who can view it.

    My diary is open to friends, and mainly honest, I eat anything lol.
    My goal is set to lose 2lb per week but I always eat over but still with a deficit as somehow that works better for me.
    43lb down and at least another 50lb to go.
