If by "satisfying" you mean feeling full on the least amount of calories:
    • Winter: Baked chicken thighs, potato, broccoli
    • Summer: Thai beef salad

Everyday lunch meals..light chicken Ceasar salad, taco bowl (meat, vegetables, cabbage and spicy salsa with a bit of cheese) are my two favourites in rotation.

For dinner or weekends a recipe from Skinnytaste, pasta, steak or seafood.

Piled high chicken and beans tostada with avocado and cheese. Hits all the macros, lots of vegetables and fiber.

I make a vegetarian sandwich that's mayo, cucumber, tomato, avocado, sesame sticks and spinach between two slices of bread (usually low-calorie bread since it's more of a "delivery method" rather than the actual filling part of the meal).

Seared salmon on a bed of rice/quinoa with a reduced soy sauce and steamed broccoli on the side. We have this at least once a week!

Breakfast: any type of porridge, but specifically semolina porridge is most satisfying.
Lunch (my largest meal): Any protein with a starch, usually some kind of stew and white rice, or some kind of pasta. Fast food meals (same concept, bread and protein).
Dinner: any kind of sandwich plus a large tomato.

My very favorite lunch is Gardein "meatballs" cooked in a small jar of Rao marinara sauce, on a Kings Hawaiian mini-sub roll. Paired with a double portion of roasted brussel sprouts or asparagus.

Fajitas - onions, peppers, chicken breast, seasoning, toppings, either on greens for a salad, with soft shells or over Spanish rice. It's my comfort food.

Can't beat egg fried brown basmati rice & chicken leg quarters. I don't make it like I'm dieting. Tenderly cooked basmati rice poured into beaten eggs and fried with peppers & seasoning already part fried, Chicken is seasoned with hot curry, paprika, thyme, tumeric, chilli, jerk and all purpose seasoning, marinated overnight, slow cooked. Perfect meal on a 2,400 cal allotment. ~750 cals for a boatload of food. Hugs salad on the side to go with and not forgetting the chilled ginger beer.
