Chinese takeaway chicken fried rice

Any UK people know the rough weight of a container of chicken fried rice from the takeaway?
It’s my husband’s birthday and I’m trying to plan my day and wanted to get a rough idea on calories.

    Not sure but here in hawaii shrimp fried rice ordered from takeout is usually about 4 - 5 servings

    Most of the entries in the database are for 100g and as I had no clue on the weight of it I thought I’d ask to get a rough guide so I knew how many g to add.
    No entry is gonna be perfect, but it’s better than not counting it at all.
