New to MFP

Hi everyone! I’m Allie. I have health issues but am determined to start eating healthier & cleaner. I need lots of motivation to exercise daily!!

    You don't have to exercise in ways you need "motivation" for, what's important, is that you're active. You don't have to aim to "eat clean" or even "healthy", you just need a varied and balanced diet.

    Not new but newly starting again. One of these days I will find a healthier eating style I can stick with, and actually lose weight. Trying noom this time. I believe! :)

    There's nothing like a health scare to motivate you lass! I had one in December and since rejoining in January I have lost 36lbs. I feel tons better & can move more.......my clothes size has got smaller along with my plate size?.....lol
