Hi I am 42 year old mum of 3 and now at 189lb!! My heaviest ever...
I actually took some photos this morning to put on progress page of mfp. To inspire myself to do something...I have had success before with mfp but not joined a thread so hopefully this will help too...work hard all! X

    Great! You're a braver woman than I am! I haven't posted any pictures yet because I've always been a bit camera shy since my weight skyrocketed in my 30's. But maybe its time that I did.
