I like savory oatmeal for breakfast made with nutritional yeast and veggies
like mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes & onions. Think omelettes with oatmeal instead of eggs

I don't normally cook anything for breakfast - if I do, it's a boiled egg or some porridge. I don't even use many recipes for dinner, most of them are protein+starch+veg, and if I use a recipe, I always adjust it to my preferences.

Your questions are so common for people who struggle with weight, food and eating. I think that if you learn what constitutes a healthy diet, how to cook and compose balanced meals, and decide to trust yourself, you will win.

At any rate, go the Recipe board for recipes.

Steamed cauliflower with butter, breadcrumbs and egg (tablespoon of butter heated up + tbsp of breadcrumbs 'fried' in the butter until brown, then I add 1/3 of steamed cauliflower head, once cauliflower steams are covered in butter and breadcrumbs, I add egg at the top. It's like doing shakshouka but using cauliflower instead of tomatoes. The portion has 300-350kcal).

For breakfast I like savory foods. Some things I like that are easy:

Mashed sweet potato or baked sweet potato with two fried runny eggs
Savory oatmeal with a runny egg, some EVOO, salt, and pepper
Israeli salad (diced cucumbers and tomatoes with parsley, lemon and EVOO) and an herb omelet and tahini
An omelet with onions and herbs with tuna, olives, and feta cheese on the side

Dinners are usually meat (chicken, beef, lamb) or some other protein (fish, eggs, chickpeas) + vegetables, but some other things I like are:
    Chicken fajitas
    Chicken enchiladas
Hummus with a hard boiled egg

I really like the website skinnytaste.com for recipes - they're lighter versions of favorites plus some new things, and all of them that I've made, I've really liked.

When you say healthy do you mean something particular like low sodium or sugar, gluten free, low fat, low carb, 300-500 calories, lots of vegetables, high protein, high fiber or something that you think will boost your immune system somehow?

I think most ordinary recipes on any recipe site can fit in a healthy diet without special medical considerations. By healthy diet I mean getting enough protein, fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals over the course of the day.

I find food ideas on Pinterest a lot. Here are some other sites i have found good recipes on.
