Looking for support, don’t hesitate to add. I’m 5’9 and I use to weigh 188 lbs and down to 185.2 since I’ve started which was not to long ago. I’m hoping to get down to 164 or less and get toned. I go to the gym 4 times week after work. I’m very determined of making my goal!💪🏻😉.
