Not really sure if this is an NSV...but, I finally realized how far I have come in my journey. I have lost a child! My youngest son is about 84 pounds and I have lost 80! WOW! I couldn't imagine carrying him on my back for more than 5 minutes! It helps to see how far you have come when you can compare it to something tangible like that :happy:
