I’m starting over. Been mfp since 2013. Had 3 babies. Full time mom , wife etc. gained back 72 lbs. Waddled in self pity for a while. Found out that didn’t work so I’m back with new mindset. One lb at a time.... . Positive advice and friends are welcomed

I've always been kind of over weight but since senior year of high school it just kept tacking on. Then I had one kid. And it got worse. Then I had baby number 2, found out I developed diabetes and decided I needed to change something. At one point I was in my 290s (I'm 5'3") So according to my doctor I have 145 pounds to lose and he'll be happy. I've lost 60 so long ways to go.0
