It depends on why you're struggling and what you expect from eating keto.
Is your goal weight unrealistically low?
Is your expectation of weightloss rate unrealistically high?
Do you feel hungry a lot on a "normal" diet, when calories are reduced?
Or will you miss carby foods if you cut them out?
Do you expect to lose fat faster on keto?
Or do you expect to be able to eat more and lose at the same rate, on keto?
    Or, or?

I find I am not as hungry on keto and don't feel the need to snack as much

It depends if you are satiatied by fats and willing to give up a lot of healthy foods. My keto days are always the toughest since carbs have a greater impact on my hunger.

Give it a month just as an experiment. I'd suggest that you start off at 100 g carbs and reduce by 5 g per day, it's much easier that way, or it was for me. Both in terms of body adjusting and figuring out what to buy.

    Also,
Would dropping a little water weight make you feel closer to your goal? Would you be happy with that, even if it didn't reflect any fat loss? Will you stay on a keto diet for the rest of your life? If not, how will you feel if you go off it and the scale reflects increased water retention?

I have about 10-20lbs to go. It should take about 6 months.

When you don't have much excess fat, it's going to take a lot of time to lose it.
