Needed chocolate
Used what I had on hand
It turned out so yummy
1cup almond milk
1 tbls cocoa powder
2 tbls monk fruit sweetener could probably use less next time
1tbls fiber - I used garden of life dr formulated fiber
Heat in pan whisk until smooth and starts to thicken just a tad
Enjoy
If anyone had any idea if this could be turned in icecreamtype stuff , let me know if you tried it 😊
It’s about 60 calories

You could also try adding some protein powder to nonfat plain Greek yogurt! I use dymatize and mix it in very slowly otherwise it clumps up. Tastes like pudding 😍2
