Thank you to Martin Berkhan and his Leangains Method! Its Martin’s system that changed everything for me. No BS, no supplements to sell, just practical, science based nutrition and training.
In addition to Leangains, critical tools that helped me manage and track energy in vs. energy out include MyFitnessPal (obviously) and my beloved Apple Watch. Not sure I could function without them.
