Hi everyone, I need to loose about 15 pounds for my wedding 3/30/19. Are there any other brides here? I would love support and motivation. I need help with eating healthier and being more active. 💗💍💪🏼

not a bride but if you’re interested in having a buddy and being a buddy that gives tough love to help each other meet their goals... then we might be a good match.
I exercise regularly but have challenges with portion control, drinking enough water and evening snacking.
Looking to lose 15lbs by Jan 1, 2019.
I’m not interested in a buddy who tells me “it’s okay” when I make bad food choices. Want someone who says “stop being stupid, do better tomorrow! Don’t try, do!”
If you want a buddy that wants the best for you, let me know

Just celebrated our one year anniversary so not a bride anymore, but my wedding was the motivation to get myself in better shape!1

I gave myself a year to slim down, did not have a goal in mind just wanted to see how low it could go without hating myself. I managed to lose 20 lbs in 6 months and then maintained around that number until the wedding. Did this by counting calories (used SparkPeople at the time, like this better), forsaking dessert unless it was a special occasion, and using stationary bike.
I'm back on here because after the wedding i let myself relax and gained back 8 lbs in 6 months. not terrible gain, but did not want to lose all my hard work by ignoring the bad habits!0 -
Oh man-me...but I've got a bit more then 15 lbs by March 9th. Luckily I'm working with a personal trainer. And, I go to a nutritionist next week so I'll be logging more accurately, more often, and probably less food. Definitely add me as I'm in for a little motivation.1
