I don't usually do the whole community thing. But I am seriously struggling to lose weight.
I recently quit smoking....and taken up eating.....so I gained a good bit of weight.
However I wish to lose my post smoking weight and then some. Ideally to be within my healthy BMI range.
I am also a constant binge dieter, and guilty of not eating the correct calories to short cut weight loss.
I guess I am just looking for like minded and morale support.

Hello! I'm Newish here.
And I totally understand you I go through the struggle every day lol I even get pissy when I go to the gym, I get so mad because I dont want to exercise lol and is such a slooooow process but its helping me loose weight plus Iam trying the keto diet have you heard of that? It's been working for me.0 -

Ugh I quite smoking too...started vapeing yes being controversial (no need to tell me the “bad” things about it) BUT IT HELPED curb dem cravings 😂 also just keeping in mind how severely unhappy I am with my current weight helps too...I have a list of pros and cons I stuck on the fridge and that stops me doing anything I will regret the next hour/day xx0

I have toyed with this tracker for years and I'm trying it again to stick with it. Ive never used the community but figure it's worth s try.
I feel you with the short cuts and I'm a chronic yo-yo dieter. It used to be worse but i still lose and regain the same 10 pounds with no real progress in 8 years. I'll add you if you wanna try occasional check ins to keep each other on track.0
