Hi protein delicious pancakes

A delicious and healthy recipe is take a 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 3/4 cup of egg whites, and a 4 ounce container of cottage cheese mix together in a blender. Wait for about a 1/2 hour than use the mixture to make pancakes. I am trying to post a picture but I am having difficulty.

    Sounds interesting, do you use butter on them?

    Yes I do and sugar free syrup. Total calories for the recipe is 437 calories if you subtract the butter it's 337 calories. A great thing to do to is to take 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries and a squirt of sugar free syrup put in microwave for around a minute. It makes a delicious syrup plus you can either omit or reduce the butter.
