It appears that when I eventuallyreach my goal. I will still have to keep logging.
I know they say to think of this journey ås å lifestyle change not a diet. But I feel like at some time i should get to where I dont have to write downmy diet.
Feeling å bit sulky. Going for 0.25 kg weight loss å week. Cant find the motivation to try for more.
This of course means I wont actually see weekly weight loss any more. But it feels like it is either that og quitting and eating worse than I ever did.
