I want to lose 50! Is that close enough? 163lbs with food intake and 159 early morning without water intake. 5'5 1/2 and 1200 calorie count. Going to gym before work. Would love to see someone else progress as well other than mine!0

I just hit 99.5 down. If I can do it yall can too. MFP works but behavior had to change to endure the 9 months it took. Two things that helped me a lot is studying mindful rating to change how I think about food and using platejoy.com to make planning easy. Looking back at my many less successful and temporary diets, I think bad meal planning was consistently a weak link. I still have 50 to go and expect to get there in March 2019. I'm open to new friends and my diary is open to everyone.2

I was told 75 but am shooting for 100. For me it works best to do it in increments. I tried to lose weight before and when I set the 100 pound goal it seemed like it took forever. By doing it in 10 pound increments, I have almost a monthly or bi-monthly success. A whole lot easier on my psyche. Add me if you like!1

I could get away with losing 100 lbs but it seems far fetched and discouraging (for ME) to remind myself I have 100 to lose.
