Started PT and healthy eating

So I feel LOW AF about myself self conscious , it’s really dragged me down! I know myself when I exercise and eat better I feel so much better so I am getting back into it ! I just need to keep persisting with this .... I also feel I should try cut out my wine because that’s awfully bad calories 😩

Hi there, your attitude and mindset is one of the most important things, with this you can achieve your goals, have faith in yourself. Set small goals that's you can achieve until you get more and more confident in yourself. Then you will find it easier to stay on track and set bigger goals.
