So far since Feb 1, 2011

I have done 875 miles on the bike and 550 walking on the treadmill.

I have wore out 3 pairs of shoes and dropped 78 pounds ( as of 2 weeks ago ) and made some good friends on MFP...

By October I want to be at 100 pounds gone as a birthday pesent to myself.

    Way to go on the cycling and walking! Was the bike a stationary or an outside bike?

    Great job! I have taken up riding my mountain bike and walking as well, both outdoors early in the morning. I have been doing it less than two months now and have lost 25 lbs and covered nearly 150 miles so far. Its pretty addictive after the first month or so! I am doing 100 miles in August as my challenge.
