Could anyone suggest a great way to shed pounds with a semi-active lifestyle?? Idk if this helps or not but here's my daily goal:
I'm 135, and trying to tone up and get down to 119!

I dont really know a way to shed lbs, but I think these two links are extremely helpful and can help you get the most out of MFP:

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.

Yes to the above. Get yourself a food scale so you know for sure that is what you're eating.2

Agreed.
Track, manage, and dial in your intake.1 -
If you're set to 1lb per week loss in MFP eat to your calorie goal by logging your food accurately and using a conservative figure for exercise calorie burns. Review progress after 4-6 weeks adjust as necessary.1

How tall are you?
With only 16 pounds to lose, a more realistic weight loss goal is a half a pound per week.1 -
