Hi! I hope I phrase this question correctly. I just started paying more attention to carbs, proteins and fats, rather than just calories. On a 1500 calorie a day diet what would you guys reccomend my percentage of carbs, fats and proteins be for the day if I’m trying to lose weight?

Personal preference. There is no one perfect macro split for everyone. People can survive, thrive, and lose weight on a wide variety of macro splits. I've seen people successfully lose weight on everything from 30-30-40 to 80-10-10. The important thing is to pick one you're comfortable with and adjust as you need to for your own, personal, preferences.
All that said, I personally like the set-up described here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p12 -
Macros are irrelevant to weight loss, but they're important for a lot of other things - body composition, overall nutrition, satiety/adherence, energy levels/workout performance, proper hormonal function, etc.
Here is a useful guide to setting up your macros: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p11 -
Calories are the main factor of weight loss, doesn't matter what your macros are set at in terms isn't relevant to fat loss.
However, some people find different macro levels help them feel fuller. For me it's high protein and high carb, others it's high-fat high protein. So you may need to play around a bit to find what helps you feel full whilst still meeting your calorie goal.1 -
Personal preference. Ketoers can be successful with 75% fat; vegans can be successful with upwards of 60% carbs.0
