I'm excited for a change, and I can't wait to see how far I can go! Really wanting some encouraging and motivating fitness pals!
Currently I've joined the local Y and taking Zumba classes. I'm planning on going to do some treadmill and bicycling the days I'm not doing Zumba. I am also a vegetarian, so I hope eating healthy will help me as well! ( Not a strict vegan, but no meat. I may eat seafood from here and there, but not often. )
How about you all? What kind of workouts and healthy eating are you all doing? I'm excited to be joining so many people in having a healthier lifestyle!
Honestly I'm tired of being the 'fat' girl. I'm ready to get into that slim dress, and feel like a million bucks! How about you? Lets do it!
