Striving towards my TOUCHDOWN!!

Although I have been on MFP for quite some time, I have never use the app to it's full potential. I mainly faded in the background (mostly viewing various message boards, and occasionally utilizing the food journal). This week, I am refocusing on the necessary tools needed to get a WIN in this weightloss transformation

I'm seeking to remain control; just as the offense (the team with control off the ball) must advance at least ten yards in four downs (plays)... I'm attempting to advance (lose weight) and not make turnovers to the opposing team (no discipline, over-eating, lack of habit, large portions, binge-eating, no exercise, etc.)

I must carry determination and consistency, to keep possession... avoid getting penalties (false-start and especially "delay of game") and score as many NSV's as possible

I'm viewing losing weight as gaining positive yards... if (when) I lose ten first downs... I will get my TOUCHDOWN!!

I need a few cheerleaders, coaches, and fans for encouragement on this weightloss journey (looking to add more friends). I can do this!! I am READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL (WEIGHT LOSS!!!)
