Hello all! Hoping this will help in loosing the wieght I want. I definitely need a tool as useful as this site; it helps me stay on top of what I am eating. Realized when you think you are not eating a lot you really are once you start logging your food intake.

    logging your food each day and writing down and reviewing your goals/inspirations will help you big time. good luck to you and enjoy the journey.

    Welcome, the site is awesome. I find if I record what I am planning on eating for the day I don't go over as once it is in print I really feel committed to it. Good luck on the new life style journey.

    I do the same as rhodenizer...I log what I am going to eat and my exercise then I print out my log and it really helps me stick with it, I can still make adjustments if plans change or I make substitutions. Make sure you hit the green bar (when you are finished entering all of your food and exercise logs) at the end of the day - it will tell you what kind of results to expect based on your inputs.
