Started on this app last week and I'm finding the food diary extremely helpful. I have a very high BMI and I need knee replacement surgery. The surgeon told me I need to get my BMI down and to meet the criteria I need to lose 11 pounds. Doesn't sound like much unless you're the one who has to lose it. So I joined a gym, got a personal trainer (who is terrific), loaded the frig with better foods and have lost 4 pounds this first week. I know most of that is just from changing my normal unhealthy ways, but it's certainly encouraging. Glad to have found this website!
