Is anyone Type 2 diabetic and if so how do these recipes get adjusted for this disrase

    I can answer question one, there are a bunch of diabetics on this sight, myself included. I have no idea about the recipes though.

    I am a type 1 and I use the same recipes as everyone else and portion is key. No special recipes.
    What I do avoid is recipes that have a high sugar content. Anything with sugar sauces or the such.
    Nothing special but I do know what makes my sugar soar.....devil pizza!!!
