Thanks for all the ideas! I honestly don't buy cereal, but my mom bought the big box of Multi-Grain Cheerios from Costco so I've got it. I am a stay-at-home mom and am homeschooling, so actually cooking breakfast isn't a stretch for me. I've also got a source of free-range eggs for a GREAT price, so my eggs are very healthy. I make a lot of omelets with the veggies and salsa, just not a lot of cheese. I don't do a lot of processed food, in fact I try not to buy it at all. I also don't do low-fat or fat-free just because of all the additives. I'm trying to lose the weight on a natural, balanced diet.

    I tend to alternate between

    - A greek yogurt bowl - take whatever fruit flavor Chobani is in my fridge, top with Kashi go lean crunch and either sliced banana or a handful of blueberries

    - Instant oatmeal with 1 Tbsp flaxseed and same fruit as above mixed in.

I go with one of three choices for a typical breakfast:
    1. Oatmeal with cinnamon + Truvia
    2. Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch (1cup) + Fat Free milk (1/2 cup)
    3. Scrambled 2-egg omelet with salt & pepper.

Im addicted to kashi autumn wheat cereal right now and it seems to do the trick after my workouts. Sometimes I throw in a banana too if I feel I need it. Super good and filling. The cinnamon wheat is also good too.
