Add Active Energy?

So I thought I synced my MyFitnessPal app with my Health app on my iPhone but it looks like MyFitnessPal is only pulling the calorie burn data from “steps” and adding it to my diary automatically. Currently, my Health app shows Ive burned 166 kcals from Active Energy today (I wear an Apple Watch) thats not reflected in my Diary. Should I add my burned calories from Active Energy, to Exercise in my Diary?

You certainly can. But in my experience, it will cause you to overeat because of the "free calories". But yes you can.2

My fitbit does similar. It adds overall calories for steps automatically. But I have to log exercises and walking manually I feel loke it's wrong.0

I'm not sure if it works for the app you are using but for the Fitbit, it lumps all calories together. The adjustment you see under exercise is for everything that you've done that day that has been logged into Fitbit. It won't display individually in MFP.1
