Hey!!
So I'm gonna grow my own herbs in pots on my window ledge ... I have 3 pots, one will definitely be coriander, but what are your favourite herbs to use when cooking?? I have 2 more pots❤️
Just realised this should probably be in food and nutrition whoops

I grow basil, mint, chive, parsley. Would like to try coriander and sage. Rosemary and thyme are fine from the freezer so are a nice to have but not crucial to have fresh.

Fresh I like chives and basil. You can try cilantro (coriander) but it is kind of hard to keep growing nicely. Some kind of mint can be nice too.

Look at what you use a lot of and decide from that. Perennials tend to do better but you can do annuals too if you do successive plantings.

Rosemary, if you like to cook with it, is a hardy perennial. Rosemary I planted in front of my front door years ago is a decent-sized bush and still going strong.

I grow Oregano and Marjoram. To be honest they taste pretty much the same but are amazing in a Ragu, moussaka or pizza.

Depends on where you live. Rosemary does not winter over here, even in a protected spot.

    I'd do chives and basil.

Only three pots? Sweet Basil, Italian Basil,Lemon Basil, I suppose you could double up some of the pots and add Thais Basil, Greek Basil and Hindu/Holy Basil.

Thank you, but I can only take credit for the lawn and herbs. My wife takes care of the gardens.
