What do you have around for snacks?

I usually have pretzels w/peanut butter, but Im getting bored with that... I don't buy snacks at the grocery store because I am sure I would sit there and eat them all!
I have baby carrots that I dip in some ranch... pop smart pop corn... what else?0 -
How about a few slices of dry salami, even better, make it turkey salami. I am struggling with snacking too. I also chew gum of all different flavors to satisfy the sweet tooth.0

Fuji or pink lady apples

Big fan of cheese & oven-roasted turkey multi-grain crackers! I try to go for natural cheeses though, not overly processed ones (like American). Actually, anything on crackers seems to be a win for me. (o:0

Some snacks that I munch on are fresh fruit, nuts, saltfree pretzels and my favorite evening snack is mixed berries in a bowl with greek yogurt on top. Love it!!! Hope this helps0

Almonds (right now the Cocoa Roast ones)
Cheese Sticks
Fresh fruit
Dark chocolate (> 70% cocoa)
Fresh veggies

Turkey pepperoni sticks
almonds (my favorite)
sugar free chocolate pudding (for that sweet craving)
rocotta cheese (<3 it)0 -
any kind of fruit
nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews mixed together, but only small handful at a time (use snack size ziploc bag to help)
Greek yogurt with frozen berries
cucumbers and grape tomatoes
twice a week reward yourself with dark chocolate covered almonds (again, only a few)0 -
popcorn, whole wheat tortilla chips with salsa, smoothies, pepperonie sticks i found some tasty ones that are low fat and calories and are still beef, a glass for juice, freezie, yogurt, i buy chocolate bar bites and i have a few of them, sorbert, or even ice cream. I only have the serving size though. I fit in whatever i feel like. I will have 1 or 2 snacks a day, lately i just havnt been craving snacks as much. Some dasy all i want to do is snack though. i will have small meals and fit in snacks.0

i love fresh fruit, so during the summer, i buy a lot of cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon. i also like crackers and fruit snacks. sometimes, i will even buy those jif to go peanut butter cups and eat it.0

I try not to keep too many different things in the house because that usually leads to me wanting 1 of everything. But I am always on the lookout for new things to help give variety in my snacking options.0 -
Wheat thins crackers, babybel light cheese, laughing cow cheese spread, celery and or carrots with hummus, celery or apples with peanut or almond butter, low fat yogurt with kashi go lean cereal, blueberries/strawberries, a small protein shake or smoothie, a few slices of deli turkey and cheese.0

raw veggies and hummus is my go to, also love red corn chips & salsa and dried chickpeas w red pepper and paprika!0
