Workouts at work... suggestions?

So I have an extremely busy life. Married with five kids, two jobs and a busy schedule. I want to work out as much as I can but that’s obviously pretty difficult. I’ve found some exercises that I can do at work during a ten or fifteen minute break. But I’m trying to get the best out of my short time. And if possible nothing that I have to lay down for as the floors aren’t really forgiving there. Any best practices or suggestions for working out at work with limited time? I’m not afraid to push myself so anything goes.

Youtube body eight exercises. They can be done almost anywhere and just a few squats, dips, push ups can rejuvenate and tone. If you really want to do yourself a favor find a quiet place and do pull-ups with varying grips.

I’ve been doing this right when I wake up, no equipment, can do anywhere, no excuses.

    20 sec intense jumping jacks
    10 sec rest
    8X for 4 minutes total.

Great boost to the morning and easy to fit in on the go as well.

Burpees, 10 minutes every minute on the minute. You'll have smashed 100 burpees. Build up to it if you need to

    You are evil.

    1. Squats every time you go to the bathroom.
    2. Heel raises anytime while standing still
    3. Use your lunch period for working out or walking
    4. Walking lunges to get to the conference room or from your car to the building (Ha!)
    5. Squeeze those abs repeatedly every time you get a smug email from a co-worker or a customer complains.
    6. Maybe isometric?
