I am a 30 year old, female at 215 pounds. I have tried to lose weight before but have had no luck. I have always tried to go it alone. I just am tired of having no energy. Any suggestions?

I, too, am starting at this over again, but this time I refuse to do it alone. Feel free to send me a request and we can motivate each other. The biggest thing you can do for yourself is plan ahead...meal prepping is your friend. When the down days come, and they will come, remember you're in this for the long haul! Good luck!0

Weightloss is not down to luck, but to eating less, and that is something you do, not try. It's also something you do yourself, but you don't have to do it alone.
Ask yourself if you're taking it seriously, or just making a big fuss.0
